Mid-May bujo update!

So here's a little update on my journal progress.  I am thrilled with it.  I am writing in it everyday.  It is not just my feelings and problems it is so much more well rounded this time and I think that is why I am sticking to it like glue.  I have old journals that have 6 years worth of writing and were not full.  I am about 50 pages from finishing this one in less than a year. This is the next evolution of my bi-weekly spread.  I have brought the dates and events to the center and left room around the outside for to dos and meal planning plus whats in the future 2 weeks.  This weeks daily doodle is cacti. I have also added a couple spreads relating to my yoga business.  A way to track my Facebook posts and likes on the right and on the left my personal practice.  As you can clearly see the first thing that suffers is my personal practice.  I am almost done my course and then I can get back to a regular practice of somethi...

May 2017

Welcome to May.....  I like the title page but I want to add a quote or yoga sutra to the page.  The other page is how my dailies look before I write in them and a little progress report on my  YTT reading assignment (more than 5600 pages in 6 months not including handouts).  I need the daily page count or percentage to keep me going. The bi-weekly...I drew flowers for everyday and decided to use them as my mood tracker.  Luckily it is in pencil because now I have decided to go back and change each day to an individual flower doodle. That also makes this page a 23 day challenge.  Ok, it doesn't have the same ring but its close to 31.  I also put the tabs on the side that coincide with my key from earlier....lol. I am really enjoying this bujo journey I have started.  I had no idea I had so much creative in me....the last time I really did art was in grade school.  I loved colouring when I was a kid and adult me still loves it....

Bujo: The first 30 days!

The style is already evolving.  Now I want to put pockets in so that it becomes a book like we had when we were kids with things that came out and things that were soft or smooth, little animals that fit into the pockets in the book.... This is a sequence for partner yoga I am working on.  Its what i thought would be the second sequence of my yoga homework but..... These pages are a program I am working on, for yoga teachers, a round table type thing.  The other side is a few dailies...and some doodles for the schedule sign at On a Whim! This is my reading shelf on one side and ideas for my blog, website and facebook page on the other.  I am going to make a yellow circle pocket for the lightbulb...to keep small ideas in. My weeklies have changed most.  I went to a biweekly which I find easier to work with.  I may even try the dutch door I keep hearing of.  Next week when I make the new outline, I will post it.  The weeks I have f...
