Bujo: The first 30 days!

The style is already evolving.  Now I want to put pockets in so that it becomes a book like we had when we were kids with things that came out and things that were soft or smooth, little animals that fit into the pockets in the book....
This is a sequence for partner yoga I am working on.  Its what i thought would be the second sequence of my yoga homework but.....
These pages are a program I am working on, for yoga teachers, a round table type thing.  The other side is a few dailies...and some doodles for the schedule sign at On a Whim!

This is my reading shelf on one side and ideas for my blog, website and facebook page on the other.  I am going to make a yellow circle pocket for the lightbulb...to keep small ideas in.

My Cup O Tea

Over the years I have become a fan of tea.  My favourites are non-caffeine.  Green Teas, herbal teas and rooibus.  Almost any loose leaf tea will do.  I once got chamomile tea from a friends parents and it was really just a whole baggie of chamomile flowers.....it was from a place in Sarnia, Ontario but I am not sure exactly where.  It just seems so much fresher when you can recognize it by sight.... My most recent vacation in Florida found me in the Spice and Tea Exchange (www.spiceandtea.com) where I purchased a small bag of loose leaf hazelnut cookie tea.  Ceylon black base so not my usual herbal but wonderful smell and tastes very rich.  An enjoyable tea....

700 Hours of Learning....start now!

Here goes I am embarking on a two year adventure into myself and the world around me through yoga, massage, coaching and other modalities.  With this journey comes a great reading list and journaling.  This is not something I have ever been able to keep up, with much regularity, as you can see from my posts here.....lol One day I may succeed as I continue to practice for the next two years. I have received the reading list and am happy to have just finished Yoga Sequencing:  Designing Transformative Yoga Classes by Mark Stephens.  This book was suggested to me and for obvious reason, it is incredibly informative.  As a beginning yoga teacher it provided great pictures and foundations for infinite classes that I am now able to create.  It will continue to be on my bookshelf as an excellent reference, and I could reread it still getting useful information a second or third time.  Now I will delve further into this genre of reading with Yoga Anatomy by L...
