Book Club will be a continuing series culminating with an overview of the book on May 27. We will be exploring the chakras using The Wheels of Life as a guide. Our Journey begins March 4 at 9:30 am with the opening meditation for the first chakra followed by a restorative yoga class focusing on the muladhara chakra.
