This month we are going to delve in The Everyday Ayurveda Cookbook. I will create a menu over the next week and post photos of some of the recipes I am trying.
This workshop will be primarily vegan although ayurveda does allow animal products, dairy and eggs. That being said your ayurvedic diet is ruled by your dosha and within that things that digest in your body well.
